User Purchase Agreement

Dear Customer,

Before you experience the surprise and fun of our blind boxes, please read carefully and fully understand the following User Purchase Agreement. Any purchase you make is considered confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept the entire content of this agreement.

I. Nature of Blind Box Products

1. Acknowledgement of Randomness: The core appeal of blind box products lies in their randomness and uncertainty. What you are purchasing is an unknown style/item. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a specific style/item you desire.

2. Not Eligible for Unreasoned Return: According to relevant consumer laws and regulations, digitally delivered goods, perishable items, and other goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature are not eligible for unreasoned return. Given the uncertainty and sealed nature of blind box products, once sold, returns or exchanges are not supported except as required by law or specified in this agreement. Unsealing the product is considered the realization of its value, making it unsuitable for resale.

II. Purchase Process and Rules

1. Payment & Order: Completion of payment signifies the establishment of a purchase contract. Please verify your order information promptly to ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

2. Shipping Time: We will arrange shipment for your order after successful payment. Specific shipping times can be found on the product page or in announcements. Delays may occur during major sales events or due to force majeure; we appreciate your understanding.

III. After-Sales Service Policy

1. Exchange Service (Under Specific Conditions):

   • Product Defect: If the product you receive has a clear manufacturing defect that affects normal display and collection (e.g., severe scratches, detached parts, color misprinting, etc.), please contact our official customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. You must provide clear photo or video evidence. After verification and confirmation by our customer service, we will provide an exchange (for the same, undamaged item).

   • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that does not belong to the series you purchased, please contact customer service following the procedure above.

2. Cases Not Covered:

   • Return or exchange requests based on personal subjective reasons (e.g., dislike of the received style, receiving a duplicate common item, not receiving a hidden/rare item, etc.).

   • Issues caused by the user providing an incorrect shipping address or contact information.

   • Damage to the product after unsealing caused by improper handling or storage by the user.

IV. Rational Consumption Advocacy

We encourage a healthy and happy collecting culture and firmly oppose addiction and excessive consumption.

• Spend Within Your Means: Please make purchases rationally based on your financial situation. Avoid comparative or impulsive spending.

• Enjoy the Process: Please enjoy the surprise of unboxing and the fun of collecting, rather than focusing solely on obtaining “hidden” or rare items.

• Minors’ Purchases: We solemnly remind parents or guardians to securely store your payment accounts and passwords. Consumers under the age of 18 should make purchases under the guidance and consent of a guardian. In the event of irrational consumption by a minor without the guardian’s knowledge, please contact us promptly. We will cooperate in accordance with the law.

We promise to keep your personal information strictly confidential. It will only be used for order processing and after-sales service. We will not leak or sell it to any third party.

VI. Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for losses arising from the following causes:

• Delays or non-performance due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, wars, or government actions.

• Issues resulting from the user’s own network problems or operational errors.

• Impacts caused by changes in laws, regulations, or related policies.
