Important Notes for Orders

If the package is damaged or lost due to violent logistics handling, please contact the logistics provider and our store within 24 hours of signing for delivery. Our store will fully assist in resolving the issue.

Overview of Product Packaging

If you order 1-2 sheets of the product, it will be packaged and shipped in a pouch, as shown in the image below.

If you order 3 to 16 cards, they will be packaged and shipped in a small box measuring 21cm (L) x 14cm (W) x 4cm (H).

If you order a card box or a large quantity of cards, your order will be shipped in a large box measuring 26cm (L) x 15cm (W) x 18cm (H).
